Yes. A 5% non-refundable deposit holds your rental and goes toward your total. A 10% refundable damage deposit is due at pickup and will be returned with in 7 when items are brought back in good condition.
Pickups and returns are in Parker, CO. The exact address and instructions will be shared after your booking is confirmed.
Pickup: Usually the day before your event.
Return: The day after your event.
All rentals are pickup and return by default, but delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on timing and location. Just ask—we'll do our best to accommodate!
Please note: We currently do not offer setup services.
If something is returned damaged or missing, part or all of the damage deposit may be withheld. We know accidents can happen and promise to assess any damages fairly.
You can cancel at any time, but please note the $20 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.
